Fort Hill Infrastructure Services, LLC, in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Cold Regions Research & Engineering Lab, is providing architectural and site civil engineering services for four task orders on this historic site, including renovations to the executive suite, renovations for a new cafeteria, renovations for a new childhood development center, and renovations for a new fitness center. Part of these task orders includes programmatic cost estimating to ensure that adequate funds have been appropriated for scheduled renovations. This task includes reviewing programmed cost estimates in light of site visits and building assessments to ensure adequate funds are budgeted.

Fort Hill performed assessments of two existing buildings on the campus to determine their functionality, system conditions, and structural integrity as well as their suitability for reuse as programmed. Fort Hill is also providing site civil engineering services and antiterrorism/force protection design services within these task orders.

Under their IDIQ with the USACE – New England Division Fort Hill has provided the following services at CRREL:
